I2D2 / IAEYC Workforce Report

Working alongside I2D2 is a rewarding experience, as I2D2 does truly worthwhile work in the community. I2D2 approached Model Farm with the challenge of transforming extensive research data into actionable insights to support Iowa’s children and families. Representing several state agencies, I2D2 needed a solution that would resonate across various governmental and organizational levels. Model Farm took on the task with enthusiasm, knowing the importance of making this information accessible and engaging for a diverse audience.

Model Farm delivered an 80-page report including detailed appendices, rich with charts, graphs, and narratives; co-branded to reflect the collaborative effort of all state agencies involved. We also created a digital version and several high-level key finding documents to ensure broad accessibility and engagement. We’re proud of the impactful work we accomplished with I2D2, showcasing our commitment to excellence, our community and emphasizing the importance of our collaboration with state agencies to achieve meaningful results.
